Using Lockinnn

Lockinnn, operated by Null4AI, helps you manage personal and shared commitments. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, protect your account, and respect the people you invite. Do not use invitations or nudges to harass others, send spam, or share content you do not have permission to share.

Early access

Lockinnn is in development. Features, availability, and supported devices may change. Joining the early-access list does not guarantee a release date or access. No payment is required to join the list.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide and secure the service. Shared project members can access the content you place in that project.

Reminders and accountability

Reminders depend on device settings, permissions, connectivity and operating-system behavior. Delivery at an exact time is not guaranteed. Lockinnn is not an emergency or safety-critical alert system. Lock-In and accountability notifications are optional and can be disabled.

Ending use

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. Owners must transfer or delete shared projects before deleting their accounts. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service or compromise its security.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that it will meet every need. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
