In the app, open Settings → Delete account. You can also request deletion here using the email connected to your account.

What happens next

1. We verify that the account belongs to you before making changes.
2. If you own shared projects, transfer ownership or delete those projects first.
3. Your account, personal projects, and tasks are deleted. Shared projects owned by others remain available to their members.

Minimal deletion and security records may remain temporarily to prevent old devices from restoring deleted data. Backups expire under the retention period in our privacy notice. Submitting this form starts the request; it does not immediately delete an account.
