Information you provide

When you join early access, we receive your email address and selected platform. Support and deletion requests include the email address and message you submit. In the app, account information includes your name, email, timezone and account identifier. Tasks, notes, projects, assignments and preferences are stored to provide the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, synchronize your tasks, deliver reminders and invitations, respond to requests, and notify you about the early access you requested. We do not sell personal information or use advertising SDKs. We do not request your address book, location, camera or microphone.

Sharing and service providers

Members of a shared project can see its tasks and assignments. Accountability messages are optional. Clerk provides identity, Resend delivers product email, AWS hosts our services, and Cloudflare provides DNS and network protection. Firebase supports push delivery when enabled. Sentry supports error reporting when configured. These providers process information needed for their functions and may operate in other countries.

Device storage and notifications

The native app stores your tasks locally so it can work offline. Explicit sign-out clears local app data. Notification and widget privacy settings can hide task titles. Operating-system backups and previously delivered notifications may have separate retention controls.

Analytics and operational records

Operational records help diagnose failures and protect the service. Product events use identifiers, categories and counts, not task titles or notes. We avoid logging invitation tokens and message bodies. The website uses only necessary form and authentication state; optional analytics must not collect authored task content.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while needed to provide the service or resolve your request. Deletion removes live task content; minimal tombstone metadata prevents a stale device from restoring it. Sync history is retained for at least 30 days. Encrypted infrastructure backups rotate separately. Early-access information is retained until launch communications finish or you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

You can change reminder settings, hide notification content, leave shared projects, request access or corrections, leave early access, or delete your account. We verify identity before responding to account-related requests. Privacy rights may vary by location.

Updates

We will update this notice as the product changes and explain material changes before applying a new use of your information.
